Return Process

2. Our support team will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs (if any were paid for expedited services) are non-refundable.

• If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us again.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
